Flowing and floating is good for the soul. You can learn how to safely do yoga on a paddle board with me! Coming this June to @portlandpaddle in Portland, Maine! I’ve been running this training for years on Casco Bay, which is the perfect training ground for developing awareness and SUP skills on the water. We’ll also demonstrate multiple ways to anchor your boards as well as review and execute basic SUP rescue. Plus it’s just a really fun weekend, no matter the weather!
