SUP Yoga Master Class Series: Thursdays in August, 2018!
Deepen your Yoga practice out on the water! Take your SUP Yoga to a new level in August with our master classes on Thursdays at 5:30. This class is perfect for you if you have intermediate and advanced yoga experience and want to explore these poses on the water. You will get warmed up with a combination of vinyasa and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Yoga with an infusion of pilates and then round out the practice with inversions and arm balances.
